What are your business hours?
You can shop on the www.clicksupplies.ca website any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can give us a call at 1-888-623-3482 for assistance. Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, we will answer the phone if we are not already assisting other customers. Outside of those hours, leave a message and we will get back to you shortly.
Does the Price Match Guarantee apply to all products?
Definitely! If we don’t already offer the lowest price on the products you want, we’ll match it. Simply show us proof.
Do you have a store where I can see your products?
CLICK Supplies is a 100 pourcent online store. Our warehouses are not open to the public. They are not pretty anyway. No big windows, no fancy offices… boxes, pallets and shelves filled with the quality products you love. That’s how we can offer you such great prices!
Do I have to pay for delivery?
We offer free ground shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders of $249 and over. For smaller orders, a flat fee of $19 will be added to your invoice for ground shipping. We offer you the choice to ship by Purolator, UPS or Canada Post. We can also ship by truck freight for big orders. For some remote areas, Purolator will charge an extra. We will contact you if this is the case.
When will my order ship?
We’ll do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by email when your order has shipped.
