Easy 30-days return on all products!


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries! Returns can be made for free up to 30 days after the purchase.

You will not be charged any restocking fee but we’ll ask you to take care of freight charges from your location to our QC warehouse.

Procedure to return a product:

  1. Send an email to service@clicksupplies.ca or call the CLICK Supplies customer service team at 1-888-623-3482 during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time). State your order number and the products you would like to return.
  2. We will give you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
  3. Repack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice or packing list.
  4. Clearly indicate your RGA number on the package and ship the product. Note that you will be responsible for protecting the returned product from damages during transportation.
  5. The returned product has to be in a new and unused condition, with a RGA number and in its original packaging to be refunded.
  6. Once we have inspected the returned product and approved the refund, we will send you a confirmation email.
  7. Your refund will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase.
